Shipping Policy

At Barji Marine, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. All parcels are shipped Australia-wide using Australia Post eParcel, ensuring secure handling and full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Dispatch Schedule
To keep our workflow efficient and consistent, we ship orders on:
 
• Monday
• Wednesday
• Friday
 
Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on these days will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be sent on the next dispatch day.
 
Delivery Options
Standard eParcel
Most customers receive their parcel within 2–6 business days, depending on destination and proximity to major transport routes.
 
Express Post
A faster delivery option is available at checkout.
 
Please note:

  • Express Post next-business-day delivery applies only within Australia Post’s Express Post network.

  • Regional and remote locations may fall outside guaranteed zones, which can extend delivery times even when Express Post is selected.
     

Remote & Regional Deliveries
Australia Post delivers to all metropolitan, regional, and remote areas across the country.
However, delivery timelines can vary, and customers in rural or remote locations may experience longer transit times for both standard and express services.
 
Peak Season & Holiday Delays
During peak periods — including Christmas, Easter, and other major holiday seasons — Australia Post often experiences significantly higher parcel volumes. This can result in slower processing and extended delivery times nationwide. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend allowing extra time during these busy periods.
 
Tracking & Support
Every order includes full tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel at any time.

Holiday Closure 2025/2026 – Shipping Delays Notice 
Please note that Barji Marine will be closed over the Christmas holiday period, and no orders will be processed or dispatched during this time.

Any orders placed while we are closed will be shipped on the next available dispatch day once we reopen on the 12th of January. 

As Australia Post also experiences extremely high parcel volumes throughout the Christmas and New Year period, customers may experience additional delays beyond our control. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy season and look forward to getting your orders out as soon as we return.
