Done Right. The First Time.
One-stop shop for serious boat owners. Drop the boat in and we handle the rest — electronics, fabrication, mechanical, fibreglassing, trimming and everything in between.
You've Got a New Boat.
Or a Half-Finished One.
Or a Botched Job.
Most boat owners come to us one of three ways: they're fitting out a brand-new boat and want it done properly the first time, they're upgrading and the last installer's work isn't up to scratch, or they're ready to build the serious setup they've always wanted.
Whatever brought you here — we've seen it before. And we know how to fix it, or build it right from the start.
Tell Us About Your ProjectYou’re buying a new boat – now it needs electronics, an engine, lighting, a trolling motor, stereo systems, energy systems, flooring, the works. Too many trades, too many chances for someone to cut corners. We coordinate everything.
Messy wiring. Nothings labelled. Things just don’t work. We see this constantly. We strip it back and do it properly.
You’ve been fishing using the same outdated equipment for years, you love your boat but its time for an upgrade. We spec it with you face-to-face and deliver exactly what you described.
Game fishing and tournament anglers trust us with setups where performance and reliability aren't optional. We understand what's at stake on the water.
Everything Your Boat Needs. Under One Roof.
We don't sub out work and hope for the best. Most of what we do is handled entirely in-house, and where we bring in trusted tradespeople, we oversee every detail.
Top-tier brand installations that are fully integrated and installed to a professional standard – not just slapped in and zip-tied up.
Modifications to aluminium boats, electric trolling motor mounts, trim tab brackets, live wells, bow rail mods, dash pods - custom-built so your accessories actually fit your setup and how you use your boat.
Structural work, repairs, custom modifications and cosmetic finish — completed to a standard that holds up at sea.
Engine serving, hydraulic steering, fuel systems, trailer serving and repairs — the mechanical backbone of a reliable boat
Interior upholstery, canvas covers, bimini tops and soft furnishings — built to withstand the marine environment without looking like it.
EVA foam, cork blends and teak options installed professionally — non-slip durable, and finished to the same standard as the rest of the boat.
Structural repairs, timber work, and marine carpentry — the kind of work that requires real trade knowledge to do correctly.
For specialist work outside our direct scope, we have a vetted network of marine tradespeople we trust — and we manage the whole thing so you don't have to.
Workshop-Grade Authority. Premium Results.
We're not a retail store or a sales floor. We're a working workshop with a decade of completed builds behind us.
Nathan doesn't just install equipment — he uses it. His understanding of how serious boat owners fish shapes every decision made on your build. You're not talking to a salesperson.
Every project starts with a face-to-face spec session at the workshop. We dig into exactly how you use your boat. Regular updates, in-person inspections, and a full walkthrough at handover.
Drop the boat off. We handle the whole project — coordinating trades, managing timelines, ensuring every system works together. You don’t chase multiple contractors or wonder who’s responsible for what.
We work with Garmin, Furuno, Simrad, Seakeeper, Humpree and other top-tier marine brands — not because of the margin, but because we wont put inferior gear in a premium build.

What Our Clients Say
Hand-picked from our 50+ Google reviews — full stories, real names, real projects.
Barji Marine are awesome. Their work is outstanding and they helped me select the best sounder to meet my needs (not just selling the most expensive). They were patient with all my questions and really thorough with a very high standard of work. Also sorted out some niggling electronics issues and the extra speakers with an updated sound system are outstanding. Completely changed my boating / fishing experience for the better. Highly recommend!

Barji Marine were instrumental in bringing the wiring together on this major restoration project. Nathan stands out in the marine industry as one of the most professional and capable tradesman I've ever worked with. His attention to detail and persistent pursuit of the highest quality workmanship inspires tremendous confidence. I know the Barji team follow his lead with the same level of quality focus. I have no hesitation recommending Barji Marine for anyone seeking quality and reliability in their marine electrical systems.

Nathan, Amanda and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with during the fit out of my new rig. I couldn’t be happier with the service, advice knowledge that Barji carries throughout the entire process. Legend highly recommended 👌🏼
