Refund Policy

At Barji Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

We will provide an exchange, refund or store credit where goods:

  • Have been incorrectly described.
  • Are faulty or defective.
  • Differ significantly from the sample or images shown.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:

  • You have changed your mind.
  • You ordered the incorrect product, size or colour.
  • The product has been incorrectly installed or used.
  • The product has been purchased without reviewing the product description or specifications provided on our website.

At our discretion, we may accept change-of-mind returns provided the item is returned in its original, unused, undamaged and resalable condition.

If a change-of-mind return is approved, the refund will be processed less:

  • A 20% restocking fee.
  • The original shipping costs.
  • Any import duties, taxes or customs fees paid by Barji Pty Ltd on your behalf.
  • Any other costs incurred by Barji Pty Ltd in processing the original order or return, where applicable.

The cost of returning goods to Barji Pty Ltd is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

International Orders & Currency Conversion

For orders paid in a foreign currency, refunds will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on either the original sale date or the refund processing date, whichever results in the lower refund amount to Barji Pty Ltd when converted to Australian Dollars (AUD). This is to ensure Barji Pty Ltd is not disadvantaged by fluctuations in foreign exchange rates.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method, less any applicable deductions outlined above.
