Dispatch Schedule

To keep our workflow efficient and consistent, we ship orders on:

* Monday

* Wednesday

* Friday

Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on these days will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be sent on the next dispatch day.

 

Australian Deliveries

### Standard Shipping

Most customers receive their parcel within 2–6 business days, depending on destination and proximity to major transport routes.

 

### Express Shipping

A faster delivery option is available at checkout.

Please note:

* Express Post next-business-day delivery applies only within Australia Post's Express Post network.

* Regional and remote locations may fall outside guaranteed zones, which can extend delivery times even when Express Post is selected.

 

### Remote & Regional Deliveries

Australia Post delivers to all metropolitan, regional, and remote areas across the country.

However, delivery timelines can vary, and customers in rural or remote locations may experience longer transit times for both standard and express services.

 

International Deliveries

Barji Marine ships to selected international destinations.

International orders are dispatched using Australia Post International services or other trusted international carriers, depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.

 

### Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and local postal networks. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout where available but should be considered a guide only.

 

### Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Barji Marine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

 

### International Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be unavailable for shipment to certain countries due to local regulations or carrier restrictions. If we are unable to fulfil an international order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a refund.

 

Peak Season & Holiday Delays

During peak periods—including Christmas, Easter, and other major holiday seasons—postal and courier networks often experience significantly higher parcel volumes. This can result in slower processing and extended delivery times both within Australia and internationally.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend allowing extra time during these busy periods.

Every order includes tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel throughout its journey.

If your delivery is delayed or you need assistance, our team is always here to help. Please note that once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our direct control, although we will do our best to assist with any shipping enquiries.
